Rajani Paturi

Rajani Paturi has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various managerial roles. Rajani is currently employed as an HR Manager at Granules India Limited and NSL TEXTILES LIMITED. Prior to these roles, Rajani worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Fernandez Hospital Pvt Ltd from 2019 to 2022, where they led a team of 8 members and managed 1800 employees. Rajani also had extensive experience in managing HRIS software modules and various HR functions. Before joining Fernandez Hospital, Rajani worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Continental Hospitals from 2014 to 2019, where they handled joining formalities and maintained files and a master database. Earlier in their career, Rajani worked as a Senior Executive HR at Positive Life Sciences Private Limited from 2009 to 2014 and as a Trainee at I Call Soft Private Limited from 2006 to 2007.

Rajani Paturi's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Sri Rama Krishna Vidhyalaya and received their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) with a focus on Maths, Science, and Social Studies. Rajani then went on to study at Sri Surya Junior College from 1999 to 2001 and obtained their Intermediate degree. Following that, Rajani joined Nova College of Engineering and Technology from 2001 to 2005, pursuing a B.Tech degree in ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering). Their education journey continued as they enrolled in the Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning from 2011 to 2013, completing Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR (Human Resources).
