Melanie Hobgood serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Administrative Director of Human Resources at Granville Health System since August 2013, having previously advanced through roles such as HR Manager. Prior to their current position, Melanie worked at SAS from February 1998 to July 2013, gaining experience as a Benefits Analyst, HR Business Partner, Corporate Recruiter, HR Generalist, and Office Administrator in Human Resources. Academically, Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from North Carolina State University and an Associate in Arts degree from Vance-Granville Community College.
