Guilherme Cadelca

Guilherme Cadelca has held various roles in the finance and treasury sectors since 2011. Guilherme began their career at CP7 Studio as a Controller Analyst, where they were responsible for presenting results at an executive level. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Senior Controller Analyst at TMS - Trade Marketing Solution, a company that specializes in trade marketing. During their time there, they were responsible for developing strategies and accepting new challenges. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Treasurer at Stefanini Brasil, managing seven Latin American countries and a total cash management of R$4 Billion. Guilherme also developed a hedging strategy for Latin American operations and a process to reduce cash-cycle via a new payment policy. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Grão Direto, where they are responsible for managing the financial, HR and legal departments. Guilherme is also in charge of developing pitch material for M&A engagements, monthly closing, board reporting, and licensees M&A and Due Diligence.

Guilherme Cadelca has a varied educational background. Guilherme completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM in 2014, followed by a General English program from Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong in 2016. In 2020, they earned an MBA in Corporate Strategy from BSP - Business School São Paulo and is currently pursuing an MBA in Tax Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
