Claire H. possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, serving in various leadership roles within multiple companies. Currently, as the Head of People at grape insurance, Claire oversees strategy, talent acquisition, and people operations, among other areas. Prior roles include co-founding KYCKS, where Claire focused on establishing a strong People and Culture foundation for start-ups, and serving as Interim Head of People at Localyze and Tinybird, where Claire was instrumental in building and defining their people strategies. Additionally, Claire has held leadership positions at Mollie, where responsibilities included building the People Partnering team and developing the overall People department. Academically, Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Events Management and a European Baccalaureate.
