Paulina Sołtys

Paulina Sołtys has work experience at two companies. Paulina started working as a Software QA Tester at Unity-t Sp. z o.o. in April 2016 and left the company in July 2016. Paulina then joined Grape Up in August 2016 as a Software Tester and later became a Scrum Master in December 2017. As a Scrum Master, their responsibilities included organizing scrum meetings, facilitating communication between different teams, collaborating with product owners and project managers, improving processes, supporting the team, managing the product backlog, and sharing knowledge about Scrum and Agile. Their role also involved conducting workshops and scrum process audits for internal teams.

Paulina Sołtys has a strong educational background in the field of engineering in medicine/bioengineering. Paulina obtained their undergraduate degree, Inżynier (Inż.), from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree, Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.), at AGH University of Krakow from 2015 to 2016, specializing in the same field.

In 2021, Paulina Sołtys enrolled at Uniwersytet SWPS for postgraduate studies, completing a program called Studia podyplomowe in Agile Leadership the following year.

Additionally, Paulina Sołtys holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Master II, obtained from Scrum.org in June 2023.
