Katie Thomas is an experienced administrative professional with a background in hospitality management and customer service. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant/Production Specialist at Grapevine Designs since January 2020, Katie previously worked as a Unit Coordinator/Administrator for Sodexo and as a Customer Service Representative at MFA Oil Company. Extensive experience includes bookkeeping, public relations, and marketing, with a proven ability to manage account information, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate events. Katie has held managerial roles at Emporia Country Club and Maryville Country Club, where responsibilities included staff supervision, direct marketing, and financial oversight. An alumnus of Johnson County Community College, Katie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
