Kanika Nagpal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kanika is currently the Head of Consumer Insights and Research at Grapevine India, where they built a vertical for consumer insights for Gen Z from scratch. Kanika successfully generated market trends and data attribution modeling for Gen Z in India. Additionally, Kanika created a digital-first, AI-enabled platform for market research and published multiple insights and reports on data trends in Gen Z.
Prior to their current role, Kanika worked as a Director of Client Servicing at Grapevine India, where they managed key accounts for the company and handled PnLs of INR 3.5 Cr. Kanika was responsible for driving ideation, strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns for their accounts.
Before joining Grapevine India, Kanika gained experience as a Marketing and Communications Intern at PremC, where they learned various skills such as Salesforce, social media management, website design, and event organization. Kanika also managed multiple websites and coordinated conferences and meetings with vendors.
Kanika has also worked as an Assistant Manager - Media Accounts & Brand Communications at Unipro Education, where they developed and executed digital and social media marketing strategies for clients. Kanika led a team and managed SEM and SEO tools to assist clients in creating their digital marketing plans.
Furthermore, Kanika worked as a Marketing Manager at ASP Media Infotainment Pvt Ltd, where they created marketing plans across digital platforms and managed brand communication and strategy. Kanika led a team and handled top accounts for the company in sectors such as fashion, education, real estate, luxury brands, and hospitality.
Earlier in their career, Kanika gained experience as an Assistant Brand Executive at Savi Creations, where they handled accounts and assisted in branding and business development. Kanika also worked as a Management Trainee at Manovikas Charitable Society, where they raised funds, organized events, and taught students at an NGO for differently-abled people.
Kanika's work experience also includes summer training in finance at Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Pvt Ltd and a counseling role at IMS Coaching Ltd.
Kanika Nagpal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Luxury Brand Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (Computer Aided Management) with a specialization in Management with Specialization in Computers from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2010 to 2013. Kanika also holds a certification in Fashion Merchandising from Mod'Art International Paris, obtained in July 2017.
