Raja Krishnan

Raja Krishnan is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader for APAC & US at Graphcore since October 2025. Previously, Raja held significant roles at Arm as the Talent Acquisition Leader for India & APAC and Global Talent Attraction Strategy & Programs from October 2019 to October 2025, and at Western Digital as Talent Acquisition Leader and Manager from August 2013 to November 2022. Raja's earlier experience includes positions at Brocade as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Huawei as Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Citrix R&D as Senior Technical Recruiter. Raja began the career in HR at Network Industries as an Executive. Raja holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Bharathiar University and a degree in Visual Communication from Hindusthan College of Arts And Science.
