Bill Heyser possesses extensive experience in engineering and information technology management, currently serving as the Engineering / I.T. Manager at Graphel Carbon Products since August 1993. Prior to this role, Bill was a Process Engineer at GE Aviation from 1991 to 1993, where responsibilities included writing technical planning for assembling development jet engine components. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati (1993-1994) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University (1986-1990).
