Paris C.

Paris C. has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of Human Resources. They most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since September 2022. Prior to that, Paris held multiple leadership positions at PulteGroup, including Vice President of Human Resources, Manufacturing, Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate, and Human Resources Director, Corporate. They also worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, Corporate and an Area Human Resources Manager at PulteGroup.

Before joining PulteGroup, Paris worked at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Talent Acquisition Representative, Senior Ethics Analyst, and HR Business Partner. They also gained experience as an Instructional Designer at Walgreens. Earlier in their career, Paris worked at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as an Outreach Team Manager and Outreach Team Coordinator, at Norfolk Southern as a Human Resources Intern, at Hospira as a Marketing Intern, and at Abbott Laboratories as an Accounts Receivable Intern.

Paris C. holds a Master of Education degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. They also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the same institution. In addition, Paris has obtained certifications as a Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup and as a Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry.
