Toni Garrett

Toni Garrett, BA, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager HRBP Specialty/East at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, since June 2022, Toni directs HR strategies for over 330 employees while advising site leadership on key objectives. Previously, Toni held multiple HR roles at A. O. Smith Corporation, where responsibilities included onsite HR and compliance support for 110 employees, as well as advising on complex employee relations issues. Additional experience includes serving as HR Generalist at Ficosa North America, where oversight was provided for 1,000 employees, and as HR Generalist at DACCO Transmission Parts, Inc., supporting 450 employees. Toni began a career in HR as Staffing Supervisor at ResourceMFG, where a comprehensive recruiting strategy was developed. Toni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2016.
