Derek Dean

Derek Dean serves as an Executive Advisor at Graphio.ai since November 2024 and holds the position of VP, Head of People and Culture at Versaterm Public Safety since August 2022. At Versaterm, Derek has been instrumental in building the Human Resources function, executing digital transformation, and managing employee engagement and M&A integrations across the US and Canada. Prior experience includes roles at PwC Canada, where Derek was Director of Strategic Workforce Planning and People Insights, leading organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. Additional experience at IBM involved strategic HR leadership across various sectors, focusing on employee engagement and talent strategies. Derek began a career at Accenture as Country HR Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Environment from Concordia University.
