Holly Novak

Holly Novak, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief People Officer at Jack Henry & Associates since September 2018, where responsibilities include strategic direction for human resource functions and aligning the People & Culture team with the organization’s mission. Prior roles include Head of HR Operational Excellence and Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. Holly is also an Investor and Advisory Board Member at Graphio.ai and previously held leadership positions at CS3 Technology and Cal Farley's, where significant achievements included implementing effective HR systems and reducing costs. Holly holds an MBA from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution, as well as an Associate degree from Clarendon College.
