Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor & Investor at Graphio.ai, Jarrod focuses on innovative employee performance analysis solutions. Previously, as HR Director at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Jarrod managed HR during significant organizational changes and hypergrowth. An accomplished leader at ADP, Jarrod held multiple senior vice president roles, overseeing global HR strategy, planning, and transformation, as well as supporting a major sales and marketing organization. With prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and UBS in various HR leadership roles, Jarrod brings a strong foundation in talent management and operational strategy. Jarrod's academic background includes a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in General Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
