Mark Fala

Mark Fala, CPA, is a licensed CPA and the Managing Director at Graphite, having transitioned to this role following the acquisition of Furey in August 2025. With a foundation in public accounting, Mark specializes in scaling accounting operations for venture-backed, high-growth startups. Mark graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance. Prior to their role at Graphite, Mark held various positions at Furey, Pleczynski and Pleczynski, PA, and PwC.
