Scott L. is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Business Advisor at Graphite GTC since December 2020, where the No-Code Development Platform enables users to build enterprise-class web applications visually. Since March 2020, Scott has also held the position of Operating Partner at R&R Global Partners, an international private investment firm focusing on growth capital in technology, franchising, and real estate. As the Founder and Managing Partner of London Parc Development since October 2017, Scott specializes in restoring landmark properties and developing adaptive reuse projects. Previously, Scott founded and served as CEO of Flagship Market, a prominent independent apparel brand marketplace, and held leadership positions at Main Line Lifestyle Magazine and Flight Crew Clothing Company. Scott has an ongoing education at Penn State University and previous education at Haverford High School.
