Clayton Galvan

Clayton Galvan is an experienced R&D and Production Engineer at GIT Coatings since November 2019, with a solid background in process analysis and laboratory techniques gained from previous roles. Notably, Clayton participated in the start-up of a rubber compound and tires production plant at Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil, where responsibilities included controlling processes and writing standard operating procedures. As a Laboratory Technician at H.B. Fuller/Plexbond Química, Clayton conducted various laboratory tests while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and additional education in Industrial Chemistry, Clayton has developed a diverse skill set in production control, process optimization, and laboratory operations across multiple industries.
