Joseph Messina

Joseph Messina, MBA, has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as Process & Quality Engineering Manager at GRAPHALLOY® since February 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing three manufacturing teams and enhancing quality and process execution. Prior roles at GRAPHALLOY® include Project Engineer, focusing on new manufacturing designs, capital expenditure projects, laboratory testing, and ISO 9001:2008 certification. In conjunction with industry work, Joseph Messina has been an Adjunct Professor at Westchester Community College since January 2017, teaching various engineering courses. Earlier experience includes working as a Machinist at Mitrione & Sons Machines, where proficiency in precision machining and process development was demonstrated. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Business Administration from Mercy College, specializing in Management and Organizational Leadership.
