John R. Lutes III has worked in a variety of roles in the business world since 2002. John's most recent position is as Vice President of Operations at Graphium Health, where they have been since 2017. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Nokia as a Service Quality Specialist, where they developed and implemented service quality processes for flagship stores in Chicago and New York, defined and measured customer satisfaction metrics for the Chicago flagship store, and participated in the design of sales presentations for cellular technologies and measures its effects on customer satisfaction. John also worked at Market Source as a Team Lead from 2005 to 2006, where they managed a downtown location, served as the primary communication link between the Experience Center and Regional Managers, and planned and developed strategies to improve customer experience by working with Experience Center Guides, Regional Managers and Nokia personnel to solve problems. John began their career at R.J.O’Brien as a Junior Dealer from 2002 to 2005, where they provided quality pricing and market analysis for R. J. O’Brien Foreign Exchange customer base.
John R. Lutes III obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ferris State University in Business Administration and Management, General between 2000 and 2002. John then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University between 2002 and 2006. In December 2016, they obtained a Membership from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
