John R. Lutes III has worked in a variety of roles in the business world since 2002. John's most recent position is as Vice President of Operations at Graphium Health, where they have been since 2017. John also held the role of Product Manager and Project Manager at Dedo Interactive Inc. from 2013 to 2017, where they managed the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, specified market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers, drove solution sets across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning, and analyzed potential partner relationships for the product. John also maintained SME role for product management, processes, systems, quality, business development and feasibility for existing service products, maximized productivity by setting clear expectations and proactively communicating project status, issues and risks to internal stakeholders and top management, and drafted and distributed project objectives to the solutions team.

Before 2013, John R. Lutes III worked at BDS Marketing as a Motorola Market Development Manager from 2012 to 2013, where they established and built business relationships for brand loyalty and credibility to increase sales on behalf of Motorola Mobility, conducted educational and developmental trainings to retail associates and managers, and collaborated with all area sales, retail and indirect account managers, as well as B2B managers to align key client sales messages with career objectives and revenue drivers. John also worked at Teng & Associates as a Project Administrator from 2010 to 2012, where they supported all operations for Task Force Power at forward operating bases in Afghanistan, held an active secret security clearance, and managed office support for forward operating base teams numbering from ten to thirty safety, fire and electrical inspectors. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Nokia as a Service Quality Specialist, where they developed and implemented service quality processes for flagship stores in Chicago and New York, defined and measured customer satisfaction metrics for the Chicago flagship store, and participated in the design of sales presentations for cellular technologies and measures its effects on customer satisfaction. John also worked at Market Source as a Team Lead from 2005 to 2006, where they managed a downtown location, served as the primary communication link between the Experience Center and Regional Managers, and planned and developed strategies to improve customer experience by working with Experience Center Guides, Regional Managers and Nokia personnel to solve problems. John began their career at R.J.O’Brien as a Junior Dealer from 2002 to 2005, where they provided quality pricing and market analysis for R. J. O’Brien Foreign Exchange customer base.

John R. Lutes III obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ferris State University in Business Administration and Management, General between 2000 and 2002. John then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University between 2002 and 2006. In December 2016, they obtained a Membership from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
