Ursheet P. has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles and board positions. Since 2013, they have been a Partner at Mayfield Fund. In 2018, they joined Mammoth Biosciences as a Board of Directors member and investor. In 2014, they became a member of the Board of Directors for Versa Networks. In 2019, they took on a similar role as a Board of Directors member for ENDPOINT HEALTH. In 2021, they joined GraphWear Technologies Inc. as a Board of Directors member. Other positions include serving as a Board of Directors member for Mirvie, Foodsmart, Qventus, Inc, and ShiftLeft.io. Additionally, in 2020, Ursheet P. became a Co-Founder and Trustee for Plaksha.

Ursheet P. pursued their education in a chronological order. From 1994 to 1998, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they enrolled in The Wharton School, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
