Abhinav Gupta

Abhinav Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pricing, business excellence, and DCS engineering. Currently serving as Pricing Lead for Retail & Digital at Grasim Industries Limited within the Aditya Birla Group since March 2024, Abhinav previously held multiple roles at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. from May 2010 to March 2024, including Sr. Manager in Business Excellence and responsibilities in marketing projects, notably leading the bulk cement supply initiative "JK Lakshmi Smart Serve." Abhinav’s earlier experience includes engineering roles focused on DCS systems and plant automation. Abhinav’s educational background comprises degrees in Applied Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business, an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
