Anand Jha

Anand Jha has extensive experience in channel management, currently holding a position at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED (ADITYA BIRLA GROUP) since December 2022, and previously at Berger Paints India from May 2014 to December 2022. Anand also contributed to the International Management Institute, Kolkata, as a member of the Admission & Branding Committee from June 2012 to March 2014. A management internship at Volkswagen India in 2013 involved strategic project planning and change management for CKD operations of the Polo and Vento models. Anand's early career includes service in the Indian Navy from January 2004 to March 2011, focusing on anti-submarine warfare and participating in multilateral joint-naval exercises. Academically, Anand earned a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from the International Management Institute, Kolkata, ranking in the top 3 of the class, and a B.A. in Business Economics from Annamalai University.
