Erik Dielschneider

Erik Dielschneider has an extensive work experience that began in 1999 with Mycogen Seeds, where they served as a Seed Corn Field Operations Technician. In 2003, they moved to America West Airlines, where they held the roles of Relief Ramp Leader and Fleet Service Agent. In 2005, they began working at NetJets as a Lead Flight Manager and Crew Support. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Mission Essential as a Travel & Aviation Specialist and Travel Specialist. Since 2020, they have been employed at Grasp Technologies as a Sales Engineer, Support Data Analyst II, and GraspPAY Implementation & Support. From 2017 to 2020, they were employed at ATG (AllStars Travel Group) as Director of Innovation & Technology and Senior Project Manager.

Erik Dielschneider obtained their BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 1999 and 2003. Erik then went on to earn their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Capital University between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, Erik holds certifications such as Six Sigma Greenbelt from ASQ (obtained in December 2012), Corporate Travel Expert from Global Business Travel Association (obtained in August 2011), Sabre GDS from American Express Business Travel (obtained in April 2011), and Part 121 Aircraft Dispatcher from the FAA (obtained in December 2006).
