Tom Kipp has had a successful career in various leadership positions within the manufacturing industry. Tom started in 1999 as a Plant Manager at Eaton Corporation, overseeing manufacturing facilities in multiple countries. In 2009, they became the Vice President of Production at Hoerbiger Corporation of America, responsible for planning and operations of Compression Technology Related Manufacturing Sites. Since 2013, they have been serving as the President of Grass America Inc., a manufacturer of functional hardware and accessories for woodworking industries.
Tom Kipp obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. Tom later pursued a Master of International Business Studies (MBA) at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, completing it from 1985 to 1987.
