Cody Hopkins has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as CEO at Grass Roots Farmers' Cooperative, where they have been since 2014. Prior to their role at Grass Roots, Cody co-founded Falling Sky Farm in 2006, and they founded Conway Locally Grown in 2008. Falling Sky Farm is a sustainable farm, while Conway Locally Grown is an online farmers market connecting central Arkansas farmers to consumers.
Before entering the agricultural sector, Cody worked as the Head Baker at Serenity Farm Bread Company from 2004 to 2006. Cody also worked as a Physics and Mathematics Teacher at Bishop Hendricken Catholic High School from 2001 to 2003.
