Gilles Ginisty

Gilles Ginisty has over three decades of experience in customer service and support agreement sales across various regions including South Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and CIS. Currently serving as the Support Agreement Sales Manager for Grass Valley since July 2013, Gilles has previously held similar roles at Grass Valley and THOMSON GRASS VALLEY, leading service delivery and customer management efforts. Early career experiences include positions as a Customer Service Manager at PHILIPS BTS FRANCE and a Service Manager at VIDEO COMMUNICATION FRANCE, as well as technical roles as a Field Service Engineer at AMPEX and THOMSON CGR, and an Engineering Technician at OUTILLAGES ET EQUIPEMENTS SPECIAUX from 1983.
