Khephren Menna has six years of work experience, starting as an Energy Department Intern at the University of Florida in 2012. In 2013, they interned as an Energy Manager at Alachua County Facilities Management, where they learned about energy load profile monitoring, light retrofitting, energy savings analytics, waste management projects, and presentations to the Alachua County Board of Commissioners. Menna later worked as a Fellow, Green Strategies at NeighborWorks America, where they learned to build and manage collaborative partnerships, and served as the Regional Development Manager at Solar Energy Industries Association from January 2017 to December 2020, where they oversaw the management of strategic initiatives across the region they were responsible for. Most recently in January 2021, Menna became the Chief Executive Officer at Grassroots Analytics Capital Raise.
Khephren Menna attended the University of Florida from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sustainability Studies. Additionally, Khephren has obtained the Series 7 certification from FINRA, but the exact month and year are unknown.
