Gulnur Nurkeyeva

Gulnur Nurkeyeva is a Managing Partner at GRATA International, based in Beijing, with over 16 years of experience in the Kazakhstani legal market. Gulnur specializes in advising major Chinese companies, including China Railway Construction and China National Technical Import & Export Corporation, on Kazakh corporate law, construction activities, and M&A transactions. Experience also includes leading the China Desk focusing on contract, corporate, and labor law, as well as dispute resolution across construction, natural resources, and finance sectors.
