Vyacheslav Khorovskiy

Vyacheslav Khorovskiy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Managing Partner at GRATA International's Moscow office since November 2019, Khorovskiy previously founded KhorovskyLaw from January 2017 to October 2019. Notable prior roles include Partner at DLA Piper from May 2008 to December 2016, and Consultant at both Allen & Overy (October 2005 - May 2008) and Lovells (July 2000 - October 2005), where Khorovskiy also held the position of Head of Banking in Russia. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at MosNarBank from September 1997 to July 2000. Khorovskiy holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking and Finance from UCL (2002-2003) and a Diploma in Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (1990-1995).
