Catherine McFarland

Catherine McFarland is currently a Senior Business Development Representative at Grata, a company specializing in middle market investments, having transitioned from a Business Development Representative. Prior to this role, McFarland served as a Technical Recruiter for Amazon Web Services from September 2022 to July 2023. McFarland co-founded Hamilton College Women in Finance, a student-led organization aimed at increasing female representation in finance and related industries. Additional experiences include various positions at Hamilton College, such as Recruitment and Training Associate at the Career Center and Managing Editor for The Spectator Newspaper. McFarland has also completed internships at Putnam Investments and Sapere Aude Consortium, LLC, focusing on sales and wealth management. McFarland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Classical Languages from Hamilton College, completed in 2022, and is a graduate of Lower Merion High School.
