Geetam Khaond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Leadership Council Member at Grateful Giving since March 2025, Geetam also founded Amaroo - Dreamers & Doers in December 2016, focusing on trauma-informed coaching that integrates modern psychology and spirituality. Previous roles include Senior Proposal Manager positions at FYI - For Your Information, Inc. and Aptive Resources, as well as Proposal Manager at PLATEAU GRP. Geetam's background also includes founding Helios Social Development and roles at Integra Government Services International, LLC, and Dexis Consulting Group. Educational achievements encompass an MBA from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Panjab University, and a PhD in Transpersonal Counseling from the University of Metaphysical Sciences.
