James R. Lynch

James R. Lynch is an experienced corporate development and M&A integration leader currently serving as the Corporate Development M&A Integration Lead at Insight since August 2023, overseeing four acquisitions to enhance the company's status as a leading solutions integrator. Lynch has held advisory roles for The Gratitude Network since July 2016, collaborating with venture philanthropy and humanitarian organizations to support social entrepreneurs. Previously, Lynch was the Senior Director of Corporate Development M&A Integration at JLL Technologies from May 2021 to August 2023, where integration processes for multiple acquisitions were established. Additional experience includes senior roles at Hitachi and Cisco, where responsibilities ranged from strategy and planning to corporate development and operational management, with significant contributions to large-scale projects and budget management.
