Abdul Quayum is an accomplished professional in risk management and worker welfare, currently serving as an Associate Manager - Risk Management at Gratiya Advisory since March 2023. In this role, Abdul ensures adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance standards while overseeing the ethical, social, and environmental impacts of operations. Previously, Abdul held the position of Worker Welfare Lead Auditor for Expo City Dubai, conducting various assessments and compliance audits related to employment practices and accommodations. Abdul's experience also includes significant roles at Danske Certification Systems as a Worker Welfare Lead Auditor and IMS Consultant and Auditor, as well as a tenure at Lucy Electric as an Assistant Manager Supplier QA and at Siemens as a Quality Engineer. Abdul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from MIT Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
