We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.   We’re looking for a Financial Operations Analyst, ICHRA to join our Financial Operations team that provides financial support for the ICHRA product including invoicing employers and paying member’s monthly premiums. You Will: • Process daily financial transactions in multiple financial systems. Track daily invoicing and payment processes. • Ensure that financial transactions are reconciled daily. Provide financial transactions to the accounting team for monthly close process. • Oversee the Monthly ER Fee invoicing and ACH pull process. • Manage Salesforce tasks related to financial operations. • Assist on financial operations projects and initiatives as it relates to the ICHRA product. • Play a key role in financial operations projects and initiatives that impact the ICHRA financial operations department. • Demonstrate commitment to core Gravie competencies: being authentic, curious, creative, and outcome oriented.

You Bring: • 1-3 years of experience in financial operations or relevant work experience. • Bachelor's Degree. • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel. • Experience handling large, complex transactions. • Gravie is very fast paced. You thrive in a quick moving, fast paced environment. • Collaborate with multiple teams as we all work together for a common goal.
