Brinold Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brinold is currently working as a Lead- IT Innovation at Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd - Baskin Robbins - India since October 2021. Prior to that, they spent a significant part of their career at Starbucks India, where they held various roles including Manager- IT Innovation, Assistant Manager-Digital Innovation & Technology, and Store Manager. At Starbucks, they were responsible for the development of customer-facing and employee-facing technology, played a key role in project management, solution design, and ensured the delivery of quality software within budget and schedules. Before joining Starbucks, Brinold worked as an F&B Supervisor at Ka Hospitality and as a Senior F&B Supervisor at Marriott International. Brinold started their career at Chelsea Football Club as an Associate/Supervisor.

Brinold Almeida completed a PG Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cambridge College, London, UK in 2007-2008. Prior to that, Brinold obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Steven’s College of Technology & Management, London, UK in 2006-2007. Brinold also holds a certification in MCITP from Microsoft and has undergone network and system administration training. Additionally, Brinold received certifications in Google Analytics for Beginners from Google and Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2.
