Elle Finn

Elle Finn has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and CRM roles. Elle is currently working as the Associate Director of Marketing at Gravita, where they utilize strategic expertise and intuitive technology to help SMEs grow. Prior to this, Elle worked as the Group Head of CRM at Jeffreys Henry and as the CRM Lead at GetAgent.co.uk, where they focused on developing CRM strategies for retention, acquisition, and optimizing customer experience. Elle also served as the CRM Manager at Nutmeg and as the CRM Campaign and Communications Manager at TransferGo. Elle has additional experience as a Marketing Executive at The Crewing Company and as a Freelance Features Writer at Mode Media Corporation. Elle began their career as the Deputy Layout Planner and PA to the Deputy Editor at dmg media, and also worked as the Lead Marketing Executive at Regal Magazine and as a Content Writer at KO-SU.

Elle Finn completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Brighton between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Reigate Sixth Form College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained A Levels in English Literature and Language, Psychology, Theatre Studies, and Media Studies. Elle's secondary education took place at Wallington High School for Girls from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained 12 GCSEs. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2021 and a Professional Certificate in Behavioral Economics from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) in 2019.
