Prior to joining PDI, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Intellifuel Systems, Inc., where they sold software and hardware solutions to petroleum companies.

In addition to their experience in the petroleum industry, Joel also has experience in the fuel supply-chain software and service sector. Joel worked as an Account Executive at WEX Fuel Management, where they led the sales and consulting effort for strategic accounts and played a role in product development and marketing. Joel also served as the Director of Supply and Logistics at Fleet Card Fuels, where they were responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, as well as implementing a new fuel buying strategy.

Before entering the petroleum industry, Joel was a Partner at Media All Stars, a start-up business where they played a key role in its growth and profitability. Joel managed various departments and created a strategic planning system.
