Alban Leduc

Alban LEDUC has worked for a variety of companies since 1993. Alban began their career at INFLUE as an Ingénieur d'étude in 1993, then moved to Chef de Projet in 1996 and Directeur Support in 1999. In 2004, they joined H.J. HEINZ France as a Chef de Projet, where they were responsible for the CA of 103 M€ in France and 250 people. Alban was also in charge of exploiting EDI/GPA systems, managing tickets of level 2, and coordinating the transfer of interfaces. In 2011, they joined UNILEVER France as a Responsable du projet Facture Dématérialisée Client and a Conduite du changement dans le cadre de la suppression de l’IT locale. Alban was also in charge of the migration of SAP 4.7 to ECC6, defining the scope of non-regression tests with IT Europe and Key Users, and preparing system shutdowns for the migration to production. In the same year, they joined KDI as a Migration SAP. In 2014, they joined Talend as a Customer Success Architect, Manager, Customer Success Architect, and Senior Consultant. Finally, in 2022, they joined Gravitee.io as a Customer Success Manager.

Alban LEDUC attended Krauthammer in 2000, CNAM from 1991 to 1995, and SAP in 2007.
