Arnaud Poddany

Arnaud Poddany has over 25 years of work experience. Arnaud began their career in 1994 as a Software Design and Development Engineer at AT & T ISTEL. In 1998, they joined Sun Microsystems as a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Java and Solaris Development Tools and a Software Support Engineer. In 2011, they became a Senior Software Support Engineer at Oracle Corporation. In 2016, they took on the role of Support Team Leader France at Talend, where they managed a team of 8 support engineers and handled escalations on behalf of strategic customers. In 2019, they became a Career Break. Currently, Arnaud is the Director of Support and a Support Consultant at Gravitee.

Arnaud Poddany obtained a Master's degree in Electronic, Electrotechnic and Automation from Universit\u00e9 de Rouen between 1988 and 1991. Arnaud then went on to receive an Engineering degree in Computer Science from EERIE between 1991 and 1993. In July 2020, they obtained an ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
