YA HSIN CHEN

YA HSIN CHEN has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as an Account Manager at MENARINI Group in 2010, where they were responsible for business development and account management. They worked on building relationships with both existing and new clients, and conducted product presentations to assess client needs.

In 2015, YA HSIN CHEN joined DataCenterDynamics as a Data Research Executive. In this role, they focused on identifying and sourcing data according to quality targets for each project. They also reviewed and tested the accuracy of the sourced data and communicated actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Later in 2015, YA HSIN CHEN joined Huawei Technologies as a Project Coordinator. They utilized IT software to maintain accurate workflow trackers and reports, managed finances for various projects, and coordinated with subcontractors and the logistics department to ensure smooth project progress.

From 2016 to 2022, YA HSIN CHEN worked at MH Star UK LTD as a Supply Chain Coordinator and later as a Supply Chain Manager. In these roles, they developed supply chain strategies and forecasts to increase efficiency and reduce costs. They collaborated with international shipments and handled logistics for multiple channels, such as Amazon and Wayfair. They also resolved shipping discrepancies and invoicing errors with overseas product and procurement teams.

Currently, YA HSIN CHEN is working at Gravitiq as a Supply Chain Manager, starting in 2022.

YA HSIN CHEN earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences from Kaohsiung Medical University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including "Careers in Supply Chain and Operations" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn, as well as "The Complete Power BI Practical Course 2020" and "The Business Intelligence Analyst Course 2020" from Udemy.
