Dikshant Gupta

Dikshant Gupta is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Lead at Graviton Research Capital LLP since August 2023, Dikshant previously held the position of L62 - Software Engineer 2 at Microsoft from March 2022 to August 2023, where significant contributions included a token-refresh solution that enhanced user session time by 10x for OneNote Online. Prior to Microsoft, Dikshant worked at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited, first as a Senior Member Technical focusing on complex projects in Market Data Infrastructure and later in backend development, where notable achievements included creating a Python-based framework for bulk data validation. An early experience as an intern at D. E. Shaw involved implementing Time-Based Sampling for a Time Series Database. Dikshant holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from IIIT Allahabad, completed in 2017.
