Carlos Ayala has over a decade of experience in the software engineering field. Carlos began their career at everis as a Developer Team Leader, where they led a team in a project for the digitalization of civil documents. Carlos then joined Altran as a Software Consultant, working on an energy-saving management platform for the Spanish government. At Amaris, Carlos held multiple roles, including Senior Software Consultant, where they contributed to the maintenance and development of a human resources management platform, and Software Instructor, training recent graduates in full-stack development. Carlos also worked as a Senior Technical Instructor for various organizations as a freelance consultant. Carlos later joined Solera Global Data & Content as a Senior Software Engineer before moving on to Gravity and Connecting Tech People S.L. as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated skills in various programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
Carlos Ayala attended Colegio Universitario de Caracas from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Técnico Superior de Administración, Mención Informática with a field of study in Tecnología/Técnico de software informático. Before that, from 1999 to 2001, Carlos attended Escuela Técnica "Santos Michelena" and earned a degree in Técnico Medio en Servicios Administrativos, Informática with a field of study in Desarrollo de sistemas.
In addition to their formal education, Carlos also obtained several certifications.
