Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Group HR Director at Gravity Global since January 2019. Previously, Rachel held the same title at JJ Marketing from July 2013 to May 2019 and also served as HR Manager. Earlier career roles include Office/HR Manager at Macnab Clarke Solicitors, where responsibilities encompassed casework, office management, and HR for the firm, as well as positions as Legal Secretary at Oxford Crown Court and Administrative Assistant at Kelly Services. Rachel holds an Associate CIPD designation and has degrees in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, as well as in Photography from Solent University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from the University of the West of England.
