Margaret Savoia

Margaret Savoia, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Margaret most recently held the position of Sr HR Director - Digital Imaging Americas & EMEA at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sr HR Director, Digital Imaging North America from September 2022 to June 2023. Margaret also worked as the HR Director at Teledyne FLIR from December 2019 to September 2022, and as an HR Manager at FLIR from November 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining Teledyne Technologies, Margaret gained significant experience at FUJIFILM Recording Media U.S.A. where they worked as an HR Business Partner from June 2014 to November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Snowden Associates as a Training and Development professional from 2012 to 2014.

Margaret also gained experience as an HR Integrator/Client Relationships professional at MRI Software from 2008 to 2012, and as a Human Resources Training Development Manager at HR Performance Solutions, LLC from July 1998 to September 2008. Margaret started their career at Cabot Corporation, where they worked as a Global Division Manager of HR from August 1995 to July 1998 and as an HR Generalist from August 1992 to July 1995.

Margaret Savoia, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Human Resources Education from Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. Margaret also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
