Stephen Hayes Mbe

Stephen Hayes MBE currently serves as Chairman of Gravity iLabs, overseeing the company's growth in Australia and internationally since July 2015. In addition, Stephen holds several key positions, including Chair of the GAP National Resilience Task Force at Global Access Partners, Partner at SMETEC Services Pty Ltd, and Naval Shipbuilding Industry Facilitator in the Defence Shipbuilding Industry. Stephen has been Managing Director of Complexity Solutions Pty Ltd since July 2014 and previously worked at the Department of Defence as National Defence Industry Workforce and Skills Facilitator from June 2018 to June 2020. From January 2007 to June 2014, Stephen was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the International Centre for Complex Project Management, where leadership focused on the organization's development as a peak body for Complex Project Management. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Management from UNSW.
