Megha Makam, PhD, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership development, mental fitness coaching, and educational facilitation. Currently serving as an L&D Specialist at Gravity Learning and as the Founder of Jupiter 360, Megha focuses on coaching and instructional design. Previous roles include mental fitness coach at Positive Intelligence and facilitator at LifeLabs Learning, where Megha contributed to the training of employees in prominent companies. Megha also founded M & M Arts, teaching movement and music, particularly focusing on Brazilian capoeira.
