Monique DeChaine

Monique DeChaine has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Monique currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Gravity Payments since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP of Sales and Marketing at Gravity Payments from December 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Gravity Payments, Monique worked as the Director of Sales at the same company from March 2019 to December 2021. From June 2018 to March 2019, they held the role of Business Development/Relationship Management.

Earlier in their career, Monique worked at Worldpay as a Sr. National Account Executive starting in November 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Global Payments from November 2005 to November 2012, also as a Sr. National Account Executive - Integrated Solutions. Monique's experience also includes working as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Priority Pharmacy from 2003 to 2005, and in Senior Management, Product Management, and New Market Development at Plant Equipment from 2000 to 2003. Monique began their professional journey at Mitchell International, where they held the position of Senior Director from 1989 to 1999.

Monique DeChaine began their education in 1985 at UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Monique completed their undergraduate studies in 1989. Following this, from 1989 to 1991, Monique attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration.
