Tammi Kroll

Tammi has over 20-years of experience building and leading global technical organizations, solving problems and providing world class service delivery. Tammi is a successful transformation leader with depth in leadership development, operations, and service management. Currently Tammi is the CEO at Gravity Payments.

Prior to joining Gravity Payments, Tammi was Vice President of Production Operations at Yahoo, where she was responsible for the Operations Centers, Service Reliability Engineering, Business Continuity, and Incident, Problem and Change Management with employees located globally. She was also the Executive Advisor for the Women In Tech program at Yahoo.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Tammi was Vice President of Production Operations at First Data in Omaha, NE. In 1996, she was offered an internship at First Data Resources in the Conversions department. For the next 15 years, Tammi progressed through First Data as an intern, programmer, analyst, manager, director and vice president. First Data provided a wide range of opportunities from managing various teams who developed applications for large clients to managing global teams responsible for operations, even allowing her to spend time in Australia managing the Asia Pacific business.
