Rick Connolly

Rick Connolly has over 20 years of experience in the security industry. In 2021, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of GDECA (Gravity Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics). Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Gravity IT Resources from 2015-2021. From 2012-2015, they were the SVP Sales and Marketing at G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc., where they were responsible for sales and marketing for G4S across the US, overseeing local, strategic, inside, vertical sales programs, bid management, and all marketing related functions. From 2009-2012, they were the President of Stephen James, an Allegis Group company. From 2007-2009, they were the VP Operations at Stephen James Associates, an Allegis Group Company. Rick started their career at Allegis Group in 1998, where they were the Regional Vice President.

Rick Connolly graduated from Wake Forest University in 1994 with a degree in Business, majoring in Finance.
