Ignacio Martí has a diverse work experience in various fields. Ignacio began their career as a Divemaster at BUCEO LA HERRADURA SL in 2017. Ignacio then worked as a Student Research Assistant in Chemical oceanography at Universidad de Cádiz from 2017 to 2019. Ignacio continued their studies at the same university and served as a Research Study Assistant, conducting a Bachelor's thesis focused on aquaculture and fish physiology. Ignacio explored the benefits of peptides on the growth and metabolism of gilthead sea bream. Following their academic pursuits, Ignacio held an Internship Trainee position at Estero Natural S.L. in 2021.

In the same year, they also gained experience as an Aquaculture technician intern at AquaBioTech Group. During this internship, they worked on different experiments, took part in fish husbandry techniques, monitored fish health and life support systems, and fulfilled Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certifications.

In 2022, Ignacio worked as a Project technician at Fundación Biodiversidad, where they evaluated projects within the Blue economy area and provided technical monitoring and support to entities financed with the European EMFF fund. Currently, they hold the position of Port Manager at Gravity Wave since 2023.

Ignacio Martí's education history begins with their schooling at Colegio La Salle Maravillas, where they studied from 1999 to 2012. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled in Universidad de Cádiz, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Sciences with a focus on Aquaculture. This program spanned from 2015 to 2020.

In 2018, Ignacio Martí studied Geography at Ulster University, earning a Bachelor's degree. The following year, they briefly attended Universidad Austral de Chile and obtained a Grado in Marine Biology and Oceanography. Ignacio's academic pursuits at Universidad de Cádiz continued in 2019 when they earned a Titulo in Environmental Monitoring.

Furthering their education, Ignacio Martí pursued a Master's degree in Aquaculture and Fisheries at Universidad de Cádiz from 2020 to 2021. Ignacio also obtained additional certifications during this period. In 2018, they achieved an English B2 certification from Cambridge Assessment English. Additionally, Ignacio obtained a Divemaster certification from PADI; however, the specific details regarding the month and year of attainment are undisclosed.

Looking ahead, in 2022, Ignacio Martí plans to augment their knowledge by completing the "Geopolitics and governance: risks and opportunities course" in International Relations and Affairs at Esade.
